Freezing Liquid and Semi-Liquid Products

For freezing liquids and slurries, the CRYO-STREAM™ Drum produces free-flowing individually frozen pellets in batches. This process is particularly appropriate for products such as liquid eggs, cream, speciality milks and starter cultures.

   
 

For freezing liquids and pastes in-line, the CRYO-STREAM™ and CRYO-QUICK® Solid Belt Tunnels have great flexibility and can process products of any shape or size at a high production rate. They are mainly used for products like tomato juice, puree, ice cream and any foods that cannot be deposited onto a mesh belt.
