Freezing Liquid and Semi-Liquid Products
For freezing liquids and slurries, the CRYO-STREAM
Drum produces free-flowing individually frozen pellets in
batches. This process is particularly appropriate for products
such as liquid eggs, cream, speciality milks and starter cultures.
